The 60-Day Progress Guarantee applies to the transformation package..
It covers agreed training goals relating to [for example: lead reactivity, barking, lunging, calm walking, or settling], as recorded in the client’s initial assessment and training plan.
The guarantee does not promise that a dog will become completely non-reactive, perfectly obedient, or free from all behaviour challenges. It covers meaningful progress towards the agreed goals.
Meaningful progress means an observable improvement in one or more agreed areas, such as:
Progress will be assessed against the starting point recorded during the initial assessment. Because every dog and situation is different, the specific measures will be agreed before training begins.
The 60-day period begins on [the date of the first training session / the date the training plan is issued].
The guarantee applies only to progress within that 60-day period. If a session is postponed because of illness, unsafe weather, or another circumstance agreed in advance, the period may be extended by the length of the agreed delay.
To qualify for the guarantee, the client must:
The guarantee is not dependent on perfection. The purpose of these requirements is to ensure that the agreed plan has been given a fair and consistent opportunity to work.
If the client believes meaningful progress has not been made, they must contact Cardiff K9 Training within [7 or 14] days of the end of the 60-day period.
Cardiff K9 Training will then review:
Where appropriate, Cardiff K9 Training may offer a reasonable opportunity to review or adjust the training plan before deciding whether the guarantee applies.
If Cardiff K9 Training determines that the client has followed the agreed plan and that meaningful progress has not been achieved, the client will receive a refund of [the programme fee / the eligible portion of the programme fee].
The refund will be made to the original payment method within [14] days of the decision.
Any separately purchased services, travel charges, equipment, third-party costs, or sessions outside the eligible programme are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
The guarantee does not apply where progress is materially affected by:
This section should not be written so broadly that it makes the guarantee meaningless. The exclusions should reflect genuine practical limitations rather than create a loophole for every possible outcome.
Training is not a substitute for veterinary or clinical behaviour advice.
If a dog’s behaviour may be linked to pain, illness, medication, severe anxiety, or a significant safety risk, Cardiff K9 Training may recommend veterinary assessment or referral to an appropriately qualified professional. The guarantee cannot apply where recommended professional support has not been obtained and this prevents the training plan from being carried out safely.

He provided a step by step plan and 121 sessions, I really liked that he was upfront about what method he thinks works and realistic that it wasn’t a quick fix and required time, I appreciated his honesty and experience. He provided a clear 30 day programme that slowly but surely worked! Months later I can still manage my dog with the ball and even enjoy playing with him again. He also helped with anxious barking at our home, my dog listened straight away to the command. Steve also provided WhatsApp support if I needed to check something or ask a question. My dog loved him too! I would really recommend Cardiff K9 trainingPosted on Google jan morrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Puppy training classes with CardiffK9Training utilises no nonsense techniques , resulting in a well behaved and socialised puppy/dog. Steve makes the classes fun reinforcing the techniques through practise and enrichment activities. It is also lovely to chat to other puppy owners about their experiences. Over the six weeks the development of the puppies and their behaviour improved. I would recommend CardiffK9Training to teach both you and your puppy these skills 🐶☺️Posted on Google Sean RyanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have just finished our dog training with Steve (Cardiff k9 training), and we can't recommend him highly enough. From our very first conversation, where we discussed our goals, right through to our final training walk, Steve has been absolutely fantastic. From the moment he met Mutty, he was calm, professional, and immediately put both us and our dog at ease. Rather than simply telling us what to do, Steve demonstrated the techniques and then coached us every step of the way, giving us the confidence to continue the training ourselves. He was incredibly flexible, meeting us at home, in local parks, and tailoring every session to our specific needs. What we loved most was the individual rather than generic approach, thoroughly understanding our dog breed’s temperament. We covered a wide range of real-life situations, from calmly passing other dogs on narrow footpaths to reducing barking and excitement when the doorbell rings. Every session was practical, personalised, and focused on achieving the outcomes we wanted. It really was a complete 360-degree service. Steve's knowledge, patience, and passion for what he does shine through in every session. Thank you, Steve—we couldn't have asked for a better trainer!Posted on Google Jane McelroyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Steve was a great trainer at Cardiff K9. He explained the training well and built a great rapport with Luna over 6 weeks. He has a lot of experience and gave me informative advice and tips to train Luna who is a rescue from Romania. Luna needs more help with Luna and I will book further classes. Thanks Steve. Jane and Luna 😁Posted on Google Kathryn HughesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Training with Steve was excellent! I took my 3 year old labradoodle to Steve as she was reactive , she has improved so much and now we have lovely calm walks ...Thank you Steve !Posted on Google Catherine BurkeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a 3 year old cockapoo called Rosie. She was so nervous and reactive to everything. She is a rescue dog from a DV relationship. I honestly thought that i would be able to take her out on a lead let alone running free over the park. I was given a contact number for Cardiff k9 training. When Steve came to my house the first time, Rosie tried to bite his feet. Then we took Rosie out on the lead. Rosie growled and people outside, she growled and went to bite other dogs. Steve came on 5 occasions and now Rosie is off lead over the park, she comes back when called and plays with other dogs. Steve is a brilliant dog trainer, if I have any problems I can just message him. My 9 year old grandson helps with training Rosie too.I would definitely recommend Cardiff k9 training. What an amazing result in only 6 weeks. Thank you so much Steve. Rosie is so much happier and less stressed.Posted on Google Elisabeth MoscaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We loved Steve’s no nonsense approach. Simple instructions, but instant results. Our 6 month golden retriever has a very strong will and even stronger pull! We gained confidence to have her off lead, her recall is so good strangers comment on it and her lead walking is so much better. All in three sessions 🙂 Highly recommend, if you feel like you’re getting conflicting advice as we were. Given us loads of confidence and a happy pup.Posted on Google Rhiannon HarrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend k9 Training enough my 8 month-old mastiff cross used to pull on walks and had poor recall, but after just a few sessions, she walks calmly by my side and her recall is phenomenal. The trainer is patient, clear, and truly dedicated. If you need a dog trainer, K9 Training is the best!
